Nickel Alloy
Inconel 600
UNS N0660 is a nonmagnetic, nickel-chromium alloy. The high nickel content gives the alloy resistance to corrosion by many organic and inorganic compounds and also makes it virtually immune to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking. Chromium confers resistance to sulfur compounds and also provides resistance to oxidizing conditions at high temperatures or in corrosive solutions.
Inconel 601
UNS N06601 is a nickel-chromium-based solid solution strengthened alloy. The alloy's nickel base, in conjunction with substantial chromium content, provides resistance to many corrosive media and high temperature environments, it is a general-purpose engineering material suitable for applications that require resistance to heat and corrosion.
Inconel 625
UNS N06625 is a widely utilized nickel-chromium alloy renowned for its high strength, excellent fabricability, and exceptional corrosion resistance. Strength of Inconel 625 is derived from the stiffening effect of molybdenum and niobium on its nickel-chromium matrix, thus precipitation hardening treatments are not required
Inconel 718
UNS N07718 is a high-strength and corrosion-resistant age-hardenable alloy, the age hardening is achieved by specific additions of niobium, titanium and aluminum. The alloy suitable for temperatures from -423° to 1300°F. Its welding characteristics, especially its resistance to post weld cracking, are outstanding.
Incoloy 800
UNS N08800 is a nickel-based alloy designed for corrosion and high temperature environments. Due to the content of nickel, the alloy resists stress corrosion cracking, and maintains a ductile, austenitic structure. The chromium in the alloy imparts both aqueous and heat resistance.
Incoloy 800H
The mechanical properties of UNS N08810 and UNS N08811, combined with their resistance to high temperature corrosion, make these alloys exceptionally useful for many applications involving long-term exposure to elevated temperatures and corrosive atmospheres.

Incoloy 825
UNS N08825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium, and provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments. The alloy's high nickel content makes it enough to resist chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking.
Hastelloy C276
UNS N10276 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with a small amount of tungsten, which exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in an assortment of harsh environments. The high molybdenum content imparts resistance to localized corrosion such as pitting.
Hastelloy C22
UNS N06022 is a fully austenitic advanced corrosion-resistant alloy that offers resistance to both aqueous corrosion and attack at elevated temperatures, including general corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular attack, and stress corrosion cracking.
Monel 400
UNS N04400 is a single phase, solid-solution alloy that can be hardened only by cold working, rather than heat treatment, it has high strength and toughness over a wide temperature range and excellent resistance to many corrosive environments.
Monel K500
UNS N05500 is a precipitation hardenable, nickel-copper alloy, it has low magnetic permeability and strong non-magnetic characteristics over a wide range of temperatures, including subzero. The alloy has similar corrosion resistance to that of Monel 400, with the additional advantage of greater strength and hardness.
Nimonic 75
UNS N06075 is an 80/20 nickel-chromium alloy alloy with controlled additions of titanium and carbon. The alloy known for its high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent mechanical properties, widely used in various fields.
Nimonic 80A
UNS N07080 is a wrought, age-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy, strengthened by additions of titanium, aluminum and carbon, developed for service at temperatures up to 815°C (1500°F). It is produced by high-frequency melting and casting in air for forms to be extruded.
Nimonic 90
UNS N07090 is a wrought nickel-chromium-cobalt base alloy strengthened by additions of titanium and aluminum. It has been developed as an age-hardenable creep- resisting alloy for service at temperatures up to 920°C (1688°F).
Nimonic 263
UNS N07263 is a nickel-based superalloy known for its exceptional strength, high-temperature resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance. Developed for applications requiring high strength and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures, Nimonic 263 offers a combination of mechanical properties and thermal stability.
Super Stainless Steel
2205
2205 is the most widely used duplex (ferritic/austenitic) stainless steel grade. It has high corrosion and erosion fatigue properties as well as lower thermal expansion and higher thermal conductivity than austenitic, the yield strength is about twice that of austenitic stainless steels.
2507
2507 is combining high strength with exceptional corrosion resistance. In high chloride and hot environments, the material is very highly resistant to general corrosion and localised corrosion including pitting and crevice corrosion.
F55
UNS S32760 is a duplex stainless steel especially designed for service in aggressive chloride-containing environments and has additions of W and Cu compared to UNS S32750. It has very good resistance to localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in combination with high mechanical strength.
17-4PH
17-4PH is a chromium-nickel-copper precipitation-hardening martensitic stainless steel with an addition of niobium, combines high strength and hardness with good corrosion resistance. The material is magnetic and excellent mechanical characteristics, can be easily welded and processed by standard shop fabrication practices.
15-5PH
15-5PH is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel that provides high strength, good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 600°F (316°C) and good toughness in both the longitudinal and transverse directions in both base metal and welds.
17-7PH
17-7PH precipitation-hardening stainless steel is a semi-austenitic being austenitic in the annealed condition and martensitic in the hardened condition. It provides high strength and hardness, excellent fatigue properties, good corrosion resistance, good formability, and minimum distortion upon heat treatment, widely used for applications requiring good corrosion resistance combined with high strength.
253MA
253MA is a grade combining excellent service properties at high temperatures with ease of fabrication. It resists oxidation at temperatures up to 1150°C and can provide superior service to grade 310 in carbon, nitrogen and sulphur containing atmospheres.
254SMO
254SMO is a super austenitic stainless steel with the specific levels of Cr, Ni, Mo, and N. It is designed with a combination of impact toughness resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, and pitting and crevice corrosion with strength that is twice that of the stainless steel 300 series.
904L
904L is a non-stabilised low carbon high alloy austenitic stainless steel, which designed for moderate to high corrosion resistance in a wide range of process environments. The addition of copper to this grade gives it greatly improved resistance to strong reducing acids, particularly sulphuric acid.
Nitronic 30
Nitronic 30 is a nitrogen-strengthened austenitic stainless steel developed for applications requiring a good level of aqueous corrosion resistance combined with toughness and economy. It offers significantly higher strength than type 304 and may allow lighter gauges to further reduce costs.
Nitronic 32
Nitronic 32 is a low nickel austenitic stainless steel, its often selected as an alternative to 304 stainless steel when higher strength and comparable corrosion resistance is necessary, both are ideal material for simple cold-headed parts.
Nitronic 50
Nitronic 50 also known as XM-19, which is a nitrogen-strengthened austenitic stainless steel that has properties that combine excellent strength, ductility, toughness, corrosion resistance and fabricability. The material is typically supplied in the annealed condition and offers excellent mechanical properties at both sub-zero and high temperatures, its a very versitile material.
Nitronic 60
Nitronic 60 is an anti-galling and wear resistant austenitic stainless steel with superio uniform corrosion resistance to 304 in most media, and superior chloride pitting resistance to 316. The room temperature yield strength of Nitronic 60 is also nearly twice that of types 304 and 316.
F61
UNS S32550 is a highly alloyed, super duplex (ferrite-austenite) solid solution trengthened alloy, which provides high strength and wear resistance while offering superior corrosion resistance compared to 316 stainless steel.
F65
UNS S32906 stainless steel is a high-alloy duplex (austenitic-ferritic) stainless steel belongs to the ASTM A182/A240 standard, which developed to withstand the corrosive environments present in the stamicarbon urea process.
310MoLN
310MoLN is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel with nitrogen, it helps to stabilize and strengthen the austenitic phase, and does not have intermetallic phases such as intergranular carbide precipitations. The material has excellent resistance to corrosion in ammonium carbamate and nitric acid, including intergranular corrosion, pitting and crevice corrosion.
