China Manufacturer Special Steel High Quality Nickel Alloy Hastelloy G-35
Hastelloy G-35 is an upgraded product of G-30. It has excellent corrosion resistance in the wet-process phosphoric acid production environment widely used in fertilizer manufacturing. Under this environment, its performance is far better than G-30 and stainless steel.
Hastelloy G-35 can also resist local corrosion of chloride-containing media and chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. The high chromium content makes it excellent in resistance to corrosion by other oxidizing acids such as nitric acid and nitric acid-containing mixtures.

| Hastelloy G-35 is a high chromium nickel-base alloy which has superior corrosion resistance over most other nickel and iron-base alloys in commercial phosphoric acid as well as many complex environments containing highly oxidizing acids such as nitric/hydrochloric, nitric/hydrofluoric and sulfuric acids. It resists the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the heat-affected zone, making it suitable for use in most chemical process environments in the as-welded condition. Hastelloy G-35 is an upgraded product of G-30, it is corrosion and chloride ion stress corrosion cracking in fertilizer manufacturing. The high chromium content makes it excellent in resistance to corrosion by other oxidizing acids such as nitric acid and nitric acid-containing mixtures. The higher molybdenum content makes it have moderate corrosion resistance to reducing acids. Unlike other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, Hastelloy G-35 can resist the corrosion of dealloying elements of hot sodium hydroxide very well. | ||||
