Ferritic stainless steel has been widely used in thermal power and nuclear power equipment.Especially in coastal power plants and polluted media, martly sovling the problems of water vapor corrosion, precipitation and corrosion of copper nickel alloy, ferritic materials replace copper, titanium and austenitic stainless steel with their excellent properties.00cr18nbti (s43940) is widely used as feed water heater in power generation equipment in the United States and Europe,00cr27mo4ni2nbti (S44660) and 00cr29mo4nbti (s44735) are used as condenser exchange tubes.The boiler and heat exchanger equipment shall be made of ferritic stainless steel tubes.



In terms of urban heating and power generation heat energy, the main equipment of heating network heater adopts 019cr19mo2 (s445j2) to replace 022cr17ni2mo2 (SUS316L) and 022cr19ni13mo3 (sus317l), both of which have excellent  performance.



Chemical Composition

Here we will talk about the proportion of chemical elements between austenite and ferrite. Both ferrite and austenite pipes are good parts for heat exchanger. 1Effect of annealing process (temperature, atmosphere) on mechanical properties of welded pipe

①Online bright annealing

Choose the best welding speed and performance, and conduct on-line bright annealing at 800 ℃, 850 ℃, 900 ℃, 950 ℃ and 1000 ℃, observe the weld microstructure, test the composition and performance.

 

② Offline solution annealing

Select the speed welding with the best welding speed performance, anneal at 800 ℃, 850 ℃, 900 ℃, 950 ℃ and 1000 ℃ for 5 minutes, observe the weld microstructure, test the composition and performance.

 

In terms of urban heating and power generation heat energy, ferritic stainless steel have excellent success performance.
